Naini Lake :

Nakunchai Lake :

Known for possessing nine corners, Nakunchai Tal is a popular lake in Nainital. This place is still untouched and thus it still owns beautiful natural settings and scenic surroundings till date.

Bhimtal Lake :

Known to be the biggest lake of Nainital, it is named after one of the Pandava brothers Bhim. Situated 22 km from the city centre, this lake boasts of an island within its precincts which is home to a very famous temple from where one can easily hear the chiming of temple bells during the day, even from the embankment.

Naini Devi Temple :

The temple located on the northern shore of Naini Lake, it is a shrine that must be visited by the Hindu devotees. It is a temple known for its legends and is also believed to be one of the 64 Shaktipeeths in India.

St. John's Church :

It is one of the most tranquil places in the town of Nainital, this church is located in Mallital at the north end of the town, the Bishop of Calcutta is known to have laid down the foundation of this church.

Naina Peak :

Situated at a distance of about 6 km from the main town, Naina Peak is the highest peak of the hill station which offers the most breathtaking view of the hill station if one overlooks the Naini Lake, this place is an absolute delight for trekking lovers.
